Returns

Return process

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos and details.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
